It all happened at Hollywood & Highland. Five exciting business general sessions at the Lowes Hollywood and an awards gala at The Dolby Theater. Velocity provided the big theatrical moments for Beckman Coulter's Annual North America Sales Meeting.
Once inside the famous theater of the Academy Awards, the audience took their seats, and the show began with full Oscars-style opening musical performance. Following the awards ceremony recognizing the company’s top performers, attendees were invited onto the stage for dinner, cocktails and to experience the theater from the POV of the world’s most celebrated actors.
For all five of the general sessions Velocity provided theme concepting, scripting, production management, event design, AV management, and video & graphic production. A special session called the Innovation Roundtable, modeled after Anderson Cooper 360, featured an expo hall-style showcase to launch 29 new products—an exciting hands-on experience for the sales force.
