Upleveling the Upfront Experience at Madison Square Garden 

Alongside our incredible partners at Warner Bros. Discovery, we helped transform their annual Upfront into something far more immersive, cinematic, and unforgettable than a traditional presentation.

This was a defining moment for WBD, a pivotal year with a bold mandate: break through the noise of an increasingly crowded upfront season, showcase an extraordinary upcoming slate of film and television content, and do it all within a more streamlined show format.

​Together, we rethought the traditional staging approach from the ground up.

By evolving the stage from a single 16:9 screen into a multi-dimensional, content-driven environment, we immersed more than 3,000 advertising partners inside the many iconic worlds of WBD. The new format allowed content to move faster, stories to unfold simultaneously, and the overall experience to feel more dynamic, emotional, and expansive than a conventional linear presentation.

The result was a high-energy production that not only spotlighted the future of the WBD portfolio at scale, but also pushed the boundaries of real-time storytelling, immersive stagecraft, and live content integration.

Most rewarding of all? The WBD team was thrilled with both the technical production and the audience response.
